NSW Reopening Wednesday 13th October

It is with great excitement that we can announce that we plan to reopen most of our NSW stores on Wednesday 13th October.

When we reopen we will be following all NSW Government guidelines and health order legislation to ensure our business is Covid Safe.

Branch Entry Requirements

As per the Vaccination rules for businesses and their customers supplied by NSW Government and detailed in the health orders we must verify all our customers are either fully vaccinated or have a medical exemption when they enter the store. Customers must also continue to check-in via the QR Code and the Services NSW App. We must also verify this check-in.

If you choose not to comply with the above requests you will be denied entry as per the health orders. Our staff are here to assist and as such will not tolerate any unacceptable behaviour or abuse towards them.

Proof Of Vaccination

As per the health orders a government-approved form of proof of vaccination must be supplied when visiting our locations.

Proof Examples

Vaccination evidence includes: 

  • An online immunisation history statement 
  • A COVID-19 digital certificate from the Australian Immunisation Register 
  • Vaccination information displayed on the Service NSW app
  • A medical exemption, which includes either: 
    • a medical contraindication certificate, or
    • a medical clearance form.

Alternate Service Options for NSW

Melbourne Metro

Under direction from the Victorian Chief Health Officer, our locations in metropolitan Melbourne will be closed until at reopening is permitted under lockdown restrictions start easing and allow the reopening of general retail services. Our online loan product is accessible online 24/7 and funds are available in your nominated account within 15 minutes of acceptance (for NPP enabled accounts).

Business As Usual Elsewhere

The team at Cash Stop would like to let you know that it’s business as usual with a few minor adjustments to our trading hours.

We understand that many of our customers are concerned about their health and safety together with meeting Government advice on general movement within your community and as such you may not be feeling comfortable in visiting your local branch for services.

On that basis, we would like to let you know that you can apply for a loan online.

Protecting our Staff & Customers

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have taken steps in-store to ensure our staff and customers remain safe at all times.

  • Regular scheduled cleaning of frequently touched surfaces such as counters, cash trays, kiosk keyboard and mouse and Eftpos terminals.
  • The use of hand sanitiser after cash transactions with our staff optionally wearing gloves for further protection.
  • Posters placed in high traffic locations to remind staff and customers of how to reduce the spread.

As a business, we have also adopted the best practices outlined by the WHO and Australian Health Authorities. We have also implemented flexible working arrangements for some of our team to ensure business continuity and reduce the risk of mass infection.
