Cash Stop offers competitive salaries as well as providing complete on the job training and currently has positions available in Southern and Western areas of Sydney. The role that you will be applying for is an entry level role (Customer Service Officer/Teller). You will be working in teams from 2 to 8 people in the branches. The type of products we offer and that you will be with working with are:
- Cheque Cashing
- International Money Transfers
- Pay Day Loans
- Term Loans
- Bond and Settlement Loans
- Money Orders
- Foreign Currency Exchange
- Buy and Lend on Gold
As this is a frontline role, Customer Services is a key aspect of the role. You will also be focusing on risk assessment for the above-mentioned products, in-branch accounting related duties, reconciliations, cash handling and some collections.
To be successful in this role; you will need:
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience
- Minimum 2 years Cash Handling Experience
Non Technical Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- PC Literacy and Data Entry skills
- Mathematical Ability
- Ability to work in a team environment or autonomously
- Ability to deal with challenging customers
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to Make Decisions
- Quick Learner
